House Surveys

We can prepare a full survey and complete a house buyer’s report and valuation following the guidelines laid down by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

The report is independent and unique to the property. It is not photocopied pages with ticked boxes.

The majority of properties we are asked to survey are:

• Less than 200 square metres of floor area (2,200 square feet),
  
• No more than three storeys high, and
  
• Built after 1900.

However, if your property falls outside these figures or you have any doubt, please telephone or email us for help.

Our fees are based on the anticipated property value and you will be advised of the cost before your instructions
are carried out.
